Processing Time
- Standard pre-built orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Custom PC build orders may take 7–21 business days depending on component availability and build complexity. You will be notified of your estimated completion date after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Signature Required Due to the high value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery.
